2004 Chevrolet Impala

hi i have a 2004 impala ls, the new battery which tests perfect drains out in about a day and a half. i put an amp prob on it and with everything off and the doors closed, their is a 6 amp draw on the battery. please help. i have tried pulling individual fuses but no joy. everything seems to work perfectly. and i cant find the prob. can anyone point me in the right direction.????

did you wait 2 min before checking?


since the amp turns on when you open the door(not sure why) ( you can hear a hisssssssssssssing noise form the speakers and it takes some time to shut off 30sec to 1 min)

any aftermarket electronics in the car? remote start, alarm, stereo, amps, radar detector, etc

i know you said you pulled fuses but what about relays?

Is he sure he pulled all the fuses there is 3 fuse boxes

First Fuse I'd be sure to have tried would be BCM/PCM/CLSTR. 10A Top left corner of the the Fuseblock on the Driverside Instrument panel. BCMs love to cause parasitic draws.
