Im having a drivabilaty issue with my car in cruising speeds.car hesitates and stumbles like starving for fuel kind of feeling.if i drive normal,1/4 throttle or less it runs good, after 1/4 it acts up.i came across a tsb that rules out bad tps causing tcc lock up to act up.i have .38v throttle closed key on engine off and 4.01v full throttle.to me it looks like a bad tps,has anyone run into this issue?

You can tap on the tps and see if the voltage fluctuates. If it does, tps is bad.
