After looking through AAG for a little while, I can't seem to find a gaming thread, besides the Xbox Gamertag thread.

So what's everybody playing?

Recently I've started another playthrough of Kingdoms of Amalur, this time focusing on a Jack of All Trades character.
Have also been playing BioShock Infinite. Really cool Very Happy

But the vast majority of my game time lately has been completely eaten up by Destiny.
Very cool game. Almost MMO-like in its structure.
Feel free to join in on 360 if you'd like - GT is FiveOtwo.

I've been playing GT6 and New Vegas since my PS3 is fixed now.

I've done 2 of the 4 DLCs (Big Empty and the one with the Indians), with the final mission of the main quest sitting idle (since, unlike Fallout 3, you can't continue playing after the main quest is finished Evil or Very Mad ). It's been shelved for a few months now while I've played other things, but I'll get to those last 2 DLC quests one of these days Very Happy

You can get the Ultimate Edition for $10 bucks at Gamestop. Has all 4 DLCs. But uh this version of the game is real buggy. Lots of freezing problems on all ports. These dweebs better come out with FO4 soon. Evil or Very Mad

They already did - they gave it a medieval setting and called it "Skyrim" Razz

They never quite figured out the bugs in New Vegas. I ended up choosing to restart after 10 hours through my first run because it messed up real good. Just be sure to save early and often. Laughing Kick ass game even with the bugs.

That it is.
I'm afraid my character is stupid overpowered now, though.
I kept all the perks from Big Empty, and many of the weapons, plus that perk that lets you repair anything with something similar.
My Unarmed and Energy are maxed - I can punch-kill Deathclaws Laughing

That would have been handy for me... I wandered into the Quarry without nearly enough ammo to deal with the Deathclaws hanging out there. Had to bail out, regroup and go back armed to the teeth. Laughing

For the Quarry, I used a Laser Rifle with a scope for super-long-distance, then switched to a Plasma Rifle for mid- to long-range, then went with whatever form of powerfist I was using at the time for up-close.
They can still kill me with 2 or 3 hits, though - they're savages Laughing

Having both Boone and ED-E to distract them helps, too.

If you play The Big Empty (or Old World Blues, whatever), inside one of the large buildings is a tiny town, comprised of 6 houses. Behind one of the houses is a doghouse.
Inside that doghouse lives a Deathclaw named Stripe (from the movie "Gremlins").
This little bastard is smaller than a baby deathclaw, but does the damage of an adult alpha male Laughing

Actually, I just checked, and he's only there if you have Wild Wasteland - which is the only starting perk worth taking Razz

Damn, I might have to find some time to play through New Vegas again.

Games are games, whatever the platform - and this is the thread for 'em Smile

The amount of games I've played on phone and tablet is obscene Laughing
Mostly from the Google Play Store, but a couple of Android Humble Bundles here and there, too.

If you're not familiar with the Humble Bundle, you're doing yourself a disservice.

Be sure to check all of the different tabs at the top - they've expanded a lot in the last year or two.

I haven't played AC4 in a couple months - I spent a solid two months playing it before that, and am only 40% of the way through it Laughing
Damn sidequests Laughing

It's still on my HD, though (bought the digital version), just waiting for me to get that itch to run around stabbin' people in the neck Twisted Evil
