i have impala 02 3.8 an have real bad oil leak. i have chang the uper and lower intake gasket ,and rear and the fornt vale gaske i have 209 mill on it and i have big leak form the bottom of my engain when starting it up were could it b comming form shows up at the fort of the car right by the pasger tire pass the oil fitter and the oil plan dont have any singn of oil comeing out are the screew were could this oul be comeing form

Woah!!

From what I can gather, I'd look at the oil filter adapter gasket, the front crank seal, or a blown out oil pressure switch at the adapter.

Can you get us a pic of where it's leaking from? Only thing I can think of right now is the drain plug.

Pull off the pan. Sounds like you'll have a newly sealed engine when you're done.

Oil pump doesn't make pressure necessarily, The tight clearances in the engine do. Don't throw money at an oil pump because it may not be the problem.

Does your engine burn oil or make any ticking or knocking sounds?

Maybe the oil pressure sensor is bad. You should be able to rent a mechanical oil pressure gauge and see what kind of oil pressure is actually there.

I agree with this. Whenever I spray my engine off the low oil pressure light comes on. The sensor is a lot cheaper and easier too replace. Very Happy
