what are the problem part I know to get a water pump as well




I seen some impalas for 4k 175kmiles to 8k used 122k (at used dealer lots)around here

so I guess getting another one is not worth it right now

I just going to ride it out to 200k miles then i'll look for another one

Looks right, but I would just do the gaskets unless you have an issue with the manifold being warped. You will want to do the lower intake manifold gaskets as well as long as you are in there...it adds some time, but it could still be leaking in the lower as well.

I have never had any luck with the Dorman coolant elbows. The only ones I have not had leak on me are the GM ones. I am not sure if the newer aluminum ones are any better than the plastic, but the plastic ones usually crack once you take them apart.

The aluminum ones are great, but you need the GM o-rings. The crappy ones Dorman supplies leaked on me...
