It's been 50k miles since I've bought the SS and took a look under the hood and this is what I've found. I checked the transmission oil and it's definitely time for a change. The sweats on the lines concern me and I do not want to begin to go down the road of buying a new transmission again. Any advice? Replace the couplers/connectors or both lines? Pics included. Thanks guys.

GM hydraulic hoses are notorious for leaking at the crimp where the rubber flex line meets the hard line. I replaced mine five years ago when I did my motor swap and they are seeping a little bit again.

Other folks have had some success having hydraulic shops either repair or fabricate lines, or ZSPOT can get you a price if you want to look at some OE replacements.

I would look at the quick connects while I am in there, but they don't go bad very often. I still two on my radiator that are almost ten years old...just gotta look at them to make sure the o-rings in there are good, there isn't any debris in there or on the line when you push it in, and make sure you have new clips in there as well. The clips are supposed to be replaced every time you take the line out but that doesn't always happen.

20 pack of clips:

You can get a pack of assorted line clips from the auto parts store but there are only two of the 3/8" clips in the pack and it costs about ten bucks.

Agreed with Frank. Those lines are a ticking time bomb. IIRC I had one swapped out at the dealer for like 150 bucks when I was having other work done. They aren't that expensive.
