the other day i went to lock my e brake and noticed there was no restriction on the pedal. so i was able to lay on the ground and press the pedal and thats when i saw the passenger side e brake line was busted and just hanging.

it broke right where it connects to the drum/rotor. anyone know of the part number and what parts would have to be replaced with this? exploded view or some sort of diagram would be helpful

Post up some pics bud. We can help you much better if we can see the broken part(s). Also take some pictures of where the cable connects to on the other end so we can make sure that is fine as well.

ok ill get some of mine up but the cable broke right where it comes out of the loom

where the nut clips on to the bracket on the rotors backing plate. the loom was also worn down due to dragging on the rim of the tire so that will prob have to be replaced also

That's all part of the left side cable assembly so it sounds like all you would have to replace is the cable.
