Anyone know what that one means????
I did have a check engine light on for a secondary air injection but it never blinked before

It means you have a misfire and you should stop driving it until you get the problem resolved.

engine checked everything looked fine plug wires tight plugs looked fine, and the light stopped blinking, should I replace wires anyway? just did them 3 months ago

Before you do anything, get all the codes read.

A blinking check engine light basically means to shut the car off immediately. An engine can misfire quite often and nobody even notices. The PCM keeps track though and if it sees a problem, is lights the CEL. If it blinks, it usually means that there is something very wrong and can damage the vehicle if driving is continued.
