Same question.

Disagree on them looking better than regular tails. But, I do think they should have had quad tails from the factory.

on the regular tails the lightsjust look so far spaced out, it looks like a huge gap between the 2 taillights.

i've seen a guy that did quads like this that put a led strip on the back end(mybe where the 3rd brake light is) but no sure where antonios are.

but i like the other quad way better but this looks good to Very Happy

Same question. .

this is what i would have done
use a dual filament Switch back LED

the red lights up when the brake is pressed
and turns off )

white lights light up in reverse.? surely you can add a relay to stop the red from coming on when in reverse

I don't ride my brake when backing up. so it would work for me.

thats my guess Very Happy

So I figured I should chime in here. All I actually did was drill 5 small holes in the sides of the reverse light housing. Each one has an individual red LED in it. From there 2 are wired into the running lights, and 3 are wired into the signal/brake lights. The main harness for the rear lights is located under the carpet on the right side of the trunk. A couple simple splices and bam.

Main reason I did it this way was it does not require any type of reverse light relocation, and it is the least invasive method as far as physical modifications.

So the reverse lights are still fully functional?

Yes they are. The reverse lights are completely unaffected.

And as a side note because of the way I wired the LED's they do work alongside the signal lights and brake lights simultaneously.

As of this moment they are not as bright as I would like, I plan on sticking a few more LED's in there to run just the brake and turn signals. Just to bump up the brightness.

As of right now you can tell, but its not distinct enough for my taste.

also change the other ones to LEDS since the normal bulbs have a input lag time.

I was going to use these for my mod since they are directional and super bright since it's oem..

Was going to use fiber optic cable to get my light to where I want it seems the optimal since I could control the "hot spots" better.. and keep my back up lights.

I think at lest 2mm cable is what I would use
