Doing some routine maintenance and wondering if I should install poly dog bone bushing. Is the vibration felt through the steering that bad and is the upgrade really worth it.

I got poly. I am probably going to go back to stock when I get around to it. The vibration wasn't so bad a few years ago when i did it but now that my car is aging (its a 2005) im noticing my interior rattles a little more and id do anything to shut it up Smile

Did you only do the dog bones? I reading you should only do the squares and leave leave everything else rubber including the engine mounts.

Didn't get to many responses here, but on other forums the consensus is only do the squares on front of the engine and keep all else rubber. Also to order the intense poly squares, they are better of the different options out there.

I installed the bushings, there's a slight vibration until the car warms up. Once warm, the vibration is gone while idling in park or in gear. The engine used to move a little even with the stock bushing flipped and now there's no movement at all. One of the stock bushings was in decent condition, the other was damaged. Here's some pics;
