Painted my faded wiper arms

LEFT side is "before" not pained
right is after painting

Going to take them off today and do a second coat on them

I been thinking of this. Mine are chipped and faded and look like crap. Maybe my next project.

if you do take them off and use rustolium matte black spray paint to give it that "oem" look

also tape off the sprayer for the windshield washer fluid you do not want to get paint in them..

there is two of them on each wiper arm

Prime them first(automotive type for metals or one for metals ) I did not do any sanding but I did clean them first

since the glossy is hard to set correctly if you don't know what you are doing.

I though about doing a second coat but I'll just keep the 1 coat since I tend to screw up the paint while doing the second coat.

1 coat will last a long time any how since it's in a protected area

Nice job! Its the little things like that that make the whole car look better.
I've been noticing how ugly the factory mufflers look from behind on Impalas..painting mine black to "hide" them!
