Got sandwiched between two Ford Explorers and when I opened the hood, I found a sheared off ground wire. Now my one license plate light won't work at all, and the other blinks the entire time the lights are on. Talk about a cop magnet. Anyone know where this ground wire may go ? Its thin with a small female adapter on one end

Right front? Could it be a horn wire connector? A better description of damage and area would be helpful.

turns out it was a damn tester wire, didn't even belong to my car...and the blinking was simply a bad led that made the good bulb blink. ain't that some s**t...
