So you can hear the blower motor, which does not mean that the wheel is spinning. Does it blow when the temp is set to cold instead of hot. Does the heat not blow on one of the settings such as floor or bi-level?

You could always try to pull it out and see if it spins.

Ever change the cabin air filter? You can see the squirrel cage wheel with the filter out, I mean two birds one stone.

Try this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ptADvMadKRU.
If the filter is very dirty no air for HVAC. Easy to try and you can see the blower motor without removal. Removing blower is a pia.

You would be surprised what gets caught in the blower motor. I had a dead mouse in mine before. Laughing
