So i live in Arlington TX, and we been having a lot of Sleet and "ice rain". We have a 2 car garage but we keep a work trailer on one side and the SUV on the other. So my impala has to stay outside. I went outside to turn it on since it hasn't moved in a few days and its been frozen these last 2 day. And this is the aftermath.

SUNROOF COVERED IN ICE. (I SUCK AT PHOTOGRAPHY)

PASSENGER WINDOW

FRONT WINDOW WITH ICE (YES MY REARVIEW MIRROR RIPPED OFF)

MY TRUNK AND BACK COVERED IN ICE

FRONT OF CAR

DETAIL OF HOW THICK THE ICE IS.

DRIVE WAY FROZEN (TRIED TO PAVE A WAY FOR THE TRUCK TO COME OUT AT LEAST TO GET SOME FOOD AND THE ICE IS TOO THICK)

That's nothing. Razz We got around 8 or 9 inches of snow here plus sleet. (yay!) Had the doors on the Impala freeze shut. Sorry no pics.

I can't believe how much slow is happening back home, it's still in the 50's here! I'll be shoveling come Saturday when I get back though, I just hope there aren't any problems flying over the North Pole this time of the year lolll

Yes we really are. Work was cancelled four days in a row because of this. And then I look at the news and other states are getting 6+ inches of snow and they still have to work and go to school.

That's what happens when you have next to no infrastructure in place (plows, sanders, deicing trucks) for bath weather events...just gotta wait for it to thaw out unfortunately.

Yuck. I don't think my Impy has ever seen snow, salt, or temps below 50 degrees. But I pay for that with the HOT summers here. Overall, that's what I pay to not shovel snow. GARY

Only thing we have is salt trucks throwing sand and salt on the bridges and overpasses (if they weren't already closed) thankfully I have another car so I didn't have to use the PALA with salt all over the road.

You have a garage... Why don't you clean it out and use it properly?
