Iam having steering problems with my ride ,the steering is hard to left and when turning right no problem.I checked the power steering level and the serp belt.

I'd look under and have someone steer left to see of anything is binding.
Sounds like a power steering pump or rack and pinion. I'm not sure which it would be

Your alignment could be totally jacked... I had a similar problem when I replaced a tie rod on my Monte Carlo before I had the alignment done.

take it to a shop and have them look at it, usually free or cheap
