I want to replace my nasty, stinky, grey carpet with something black, clean, and not stinky! I've only found a few replacement carpets so far but the price is crazy...Has anyone run across decent carpet & a decent price?

The interior of the car is grey but I think black carpet might work...hopefully!
Thanks!

I've never run across an aftermarket company that offers black carpet that's worth a s**t. Most fit horrible and don't come with any kind of underlayment.

How crazy is crazy? GM runs about about $550.

Damn, that's too much for me. Sad I'd like new carpet. Maybe I'll just try to steamclean it.

Try and find Wedebrook's thread (think it was him) when he replaced his carpet. He got decent carpet (no back liner..just swap yours over) for 200. I looked into doing black as well and it was no more than $200.

I gotta find what site it was now too, since I'm almost ready for that swap lol

Thanks all for the replies!

I did find some at Rock Auto for only $120ish. Shipping costs at Rock are tough, but they do list a few different styles. Rock is amazing about customer service, so it may be worth a shot if it doesnt fit correctly. Just a heads up.

I'm on hold for the minute as I need some better brakes, but this is on the "to do" list.
