My brother-in-law has a 2003 LS. His power windows have recently worked intermittently, and now won't work at all. None of the windows will roll up or down from any of the switches. His driver window makes a clicking or buzzing sound. Googling indicates that the culprit may be a relay or breaker called the Retained Accessory Power relay or breaker near the driver's side fuse panel. There seems to be a relay on the outside of the panel, and a breaker on the inside. He has swapped another relay into the relay position with no change in the problem. I have found some guidance on the internet on how to reach and replace the breaker on the inner side, but I can't find a part number anywhere for the breaker to advise him what it might cost.. This part may be called the Retained Accessory Power Breaker or RAP breaker. Seeking diagnostic advise, part number, and estimated cost of this part. Thanks.

I had this problem and it turned out to be a broken ground wire in the wire harness where the harness enters the door. Spliced in a repairwire and has worked ever since
