I need to make a move on some exhaust tips,so,I'd love to see yours. Twisted Evil

And,I would appreciate any input on anything specific to look for or avoid altogether.

Or,anywhere in particular I should be looking.

I considered going with another tip to match my stock one,but after ZSPOT said they were $161...well,that ended that idea real quick. Rolling Eyes

Thanx

I have the stainless tips that came with GMPP kit. 2.5" ID, 4.0" OD. They clean up real nice and won't rust up like the s**t ones on the market will. I think they're about 40 bucks a peice, but I don't have a part number for them. All I know is, they're Magnaflow parts.

Well,now I really need tips...and not just the advice kind. Got the Timken Hubs on first,then got the "duals" done...U-Bend is gone,no resonator,with the SLP SuperFlo's I got from Hotsauce a while back. Sounds pretty good...will update .

Thanx

No Tips Yet...just a couple pics

I kinda want(ed) these;

http://www.amazon.com/SLP-M310.....+2.5+inlet

...but they're a bit more than I wanna spend,and I'm not sure if the 3.5" out would look "too" big. Haven't looked for 'em w/3" out...still not sure I wanna spend that much.

Will certainly post pics when I get the Magnaflow's on. Smile

Thanx

Agreed. I thought my 4" GMPP tips were gigantic until I got them on the car. Once I saw them on the car, I realized anything smaller would have looked tiny.

I think it may be because they are rolled tips. I thought the same about my GMPP tips but they look just right. I think the type of tip that is basically hollow 4" tubing isn't really a great look because it's cavernous inside and no remotely normal car is going to need the capacity of two 4" tips.

Just to reiterate,... don't be afraid to go big. These cars have a pretty big ass. Laughing
