I've had both front hubs, rear hubs, and front wires going from the computer to the hubs replaced after realizing it was the ABS/TCS computer go bad twice over... wasn't cheap and i was quite upset after knowing i had to shell out 1200 bucks installed to get it done

Unless you have the money never just throw parts at it.
Check the rear hubs with ohm meter. Cool

Was it just the C1216 code, or were there more codes in there? Usually when something goes bad on the abs there are like 4-5 codes stored.

It was that code only.think ill take it in ,seems to be to many options what it could be.should I take it to a shop or dealer?
That's crazy wingman $1200 to fix that, that would be hard for me to justify putting that in my car for the abs.

Ya had to borrow money to get that done... That was back when my mom believed in the dealer does the best work. Not always the case esp since there are good shops that won't rip you off left and right.
