Without searching to confirm, I believe your problem is the door blend actuator? Or something of that name, can anyone back me up on that?

Without a doubt. Heater door blend actuator. Rockauto for a new one. Did mine last year, drivers side. Bit of a pain to get to but possible. Cool

It is called confirming, assurance that the one asking for help is getting the right answer not just repeating the same answer. Cool

kinda late to the show, but I had a similar issue as well and it turned out to be a bad slider in the HVAC panel. So, it is not necessarily the blend door actuator, although a possibility.
