can someone tell me how to remove this thing i just tried for 15 miins and couldn't get it out.

I know in my 05 all I had to do was lift up on the middle part of the seat cushion and 3 tabs pop. It probably is easy to start on the side too. Not hard for the seat cushion

Pull the bottom cushion straight up from the front and manipulate it out, that will expose two nuts you can remove on the back cushion, then lift the back off the studs while pushing the rear upwards and it will disengage from the tabs holding the back of the seat on.

I was trying to push back and up on the cushion part like I had to do on the 2001 Malibu I had
