I want to buy a fuel pressure diagnostic gauge from harbor freight. It says it tests both fuel pressure and vacuum the only thing that worries me is it says the fuel pressure only reads up to 10psi.
http://www.harborfreight.com/a.....93547.html

The products has 4.5 star review so am I missing something? My fuel pressure definitally goes above 10psi, what use could this thing have?

It's made for cars with a carburetor, where the pressure is 3-5 pounds. Not for fuel injection where the pressure is higher. GARY

Tooltopia and Amazon sell them for a lot cheaper than the local auto parts place...if you want to get raped, buy one from NAPA.

I bought this one:

http://www.tooltopia.com/actron-cp7838.aspx

I have only used it a handful of times, but I have never had any problems with it.

Actron makes another one that is slightly cheaper and isn't marketed as a "professional" gauge...the only real differences are less accessories and the gauge doesn't have the plastic around it.
