I have had a clunking noise in the right rear of my SS for a month or so now. Dealer said it was a bad strut so today I replaced both rear struts and mounts. Still have the noise. Any ideas?

Possible bad bushing? Loose bolt in suspension?

Swaybar endlinks. If they haven't been changed, change them. They're about 20 bucks apeice and they're easy to do.

You can check them by grabbing the vertical section of them and trying to shake them around. Movement=noise.

Hum, didnt even think of those. I think I had them replaced a year or so ago but I will def check them tonight.

Any advantage to getting the GMPP ones vs OEM?

I opted for Moogs, they're serviceable witha grease fitting, unlike the OEMs. Not sure about the GMPP parts?

I don't know that they have "GMPP" end links for the front. I did get some new ones with my GMPP handling kit, but they were the same as the ones I took off the car. Also, FWIW you can get some cheap poly end links for about 3 bucks a piece if you want to go that route.
