Is the rear accessory outlet in the console on the same circuit as the front outlet (Cigarette Lighter) ?

My front outlet works but the rear outlet is not working. Is there a separate fuse or is there something else wrong?

I have the same problem with mine, i think the fuses are the same for the front and rear because they are wired together when you take it apart, but i haven't gotten any good answers on this forum or the other impala forum.

let me know if you figure this problem out.

Same circuit, same fuse. You either have a break in the wire to the rear outlet,Wire off in the outlet, or what your trying to plug in does not fit all the way in. Cool

I did a little checking and the two are on different fuses. The front Outlet/Cigarette lighter is on a 15A fuse in the right hand dash fuse compartment. Labeled C/LTR
The rear accessory outlet is on a 20A fuse in the Right hand dash fuse compartment. Labeled AUX PWR
I replaced the 20A fuse and now it works.

There is a third fuse in the Left hand dash fuse compartment labeled CIG/AUX, It is a 10A fuse but I don't know how this one figures into the circuit.
