Hey guys, specifically living around or in the Cleveland area, is Cleveland Heights a decent part of town. Specifically, im thinking of traveling up there to go to the Grog Spot (2785 Euclid Heights Boulevard).

And if there are any hotels around closer than downtown Cleveland?. I know of some directly on Erie but cant remember where they are up on Erie.
Thanks.

Grog Shop.

The area is fine, its not the ghetto. You're in a hipster / older middle class part of town between the Case Western Campus and a bunch of Jewish and upper middle class neighborhoods.

The hotels towards downtown are the closest, you can stay further out in Independence or Beachwood if you don't want to go downtown because of price, but they're at least a half hour drive. Anything closer is going to be a BnB or small, independent place.

right, grog shop.

I google mapped it, and there are some mansions up there on Erie.

Downtown shouldnt really be a problem. We are splitting a room 4 ways.. its really only to sleep in...

Thanks for the information.
