Normally I would never use heat in the middle of summer but I'm kind of glad I did tonight. I was trying to clear some fog off the inside of my windshield so I turned off the A/C and switched to heat.

I turned up both sides of my dual climate control and I reached my hand up to the drivers side window vent and all I could feel was cold air. The engine was plenty warm enough so I knew something wasn't right.

I played with the dual climate control temperature a bit but no change. I then tried switched to the dash vents and could still feel the cold air. However, when I reached over to the passenger side I could feel hot air coming out over there.

Anyone know what the issue might be and how to solve it? I've lost the hot air entirely before but never just on one side.

Thanks for any input or advice.

Bundy

either the control unit is toast or one of the blend doors are sticking. Blend doors are an issue on a lot of cars / trucks.

Or, before spending the money on that, he could ask forum members if any of us have had this problem and know of a solution. Isn't that why there is a forum in the first place? If nobody has an answer and he keeps posting and posting about it looking for an answer nobody has, then yea its time to pay for a diagnostic.

Seriously dude, stop trolling. Your comments are not helpful.

You're looking for something different out of a forum than I am.
