Is the traction control coming on randomly?

Idk, you're not giving us much to go off.

The way I read this, it's not happening at idle but when you are holding speed. Is that correct?

My buddy had a simlar issue and it was the MAF sensor. He had tried to clean the throttle body by spraying into it without removing the MAF sensor. Stripped off the teflon coating and ruined the sensor.

I went and got the codes read and both of the codes are for speed sensors how hard are those to change?

I had a problem with surging and dieing at highway speeds. My problem was the maf, but I had a code for it. Sounds like yours is different.
