I had a nail in my tire the other day and had it plugged. Checked all pressure in all tires and it is good. Is there a way to reset and remove it?

If you have the stock radio, with the radio off press the tune button until the settings come up on the screen. Scroll through until you find the tire warning section and reset it. More detailed instructions are in your owner's manual.
