well i put my thermostat in yesterday hard work. i was wondering if there was a certain way you have to put it in. i just placed it in the opening and tightened the bolts. its in there and i didnt get no resistance from the pipe or while i was screwing it in. half of my coolant well almost all of it is gone. so i guess i need to put some in.

From what I remember with mine you can just set it in there however you want. Also when you add more coolant be sure the bleed the system out as well.

yea i did , car runs a lot cooler. i had to change the hose from the coolant crossover pipe yesterday. it was leaking a bit i think the shop did something . it wasnt having any problems before. i got a new hose and screw in clamps. i cleaned the metal ends since it was burnt on rubber. so its a bit smother for the hose. im changing my tps 02 sensor today.
