Got the SplashGuards from ZSPOT recently...

I've read a lot of spray-painting approaches/methods here...but I would love your feedback within this thread for easier personal reference regarding the best way to get these done correctly, the first time.

Also seen quite a bit about paint codes, and I assume I should go with the Dupli-Color product(s)...can anyone give me the correct "can color/number(s)" for Cap Frost on my '03?

Thank you very much for any replies.

P A Tyson

I wish that body shop was local for me! Shocked

Anyway,I picked up the self-etching primer, the color, and the clear along with some 400 grit sandpaper...any feedback is welcomed. Smile

If you're going to do it yourself, know that duplicolor will be a close match, but not perfect.

Get yourself some prep spray, some adhesion promoter, some primer, and the paint.

Your paint code is inside your trunk lid It will be the number near where it says BC/CC.. You can look up duplicolor's paint color from that.

You take them back off again. That's what I did with mine too plasti dip them. The bolt holes lined up again more or less.
