Just bought an 04 indy/SS impala yesterday for a great price, only problem was the guy was going through a divorce and wouldn't let his wife keep the car so she took a pair of pruning shears to the wiring!I was wondering would a N/A 3.8 harness work on this?I have a great connection to a few of the same year 9c1's if it would work.I have searched the forum but cant find a good answer, any help would be appreciated.

Well, there's something different. Guess she was upset.
How good a job did she do?, is it splicable? Solder connections? Cool

A L36 harness will work with the exception that it will be missing the connector for the BBV and the MAP sensor is in a different place. Other than that I think it should work.

Wait you got an Indy SS for $900?

I hate you!

...Seriously, even with the harness torn apart, that is an awesome deal!

I thought the injector wire adapter were different on the L36 and L67 Harnesses.
Anyways, at $900 thats a steal. Also you can just buy a new harness. Simple and easy fix.

I believe the injector connectors are the same. When you get into the series III l32/l26, that's when they changed them.

I could be wrong though, don't hold me to it.

Reason I said tthey may be different is that with my top swap, I had to get injector adapters from a l67 harness.
