Anyone know what may be causing the security light to come on and stay on while driving? Unlike any of my other issues that are happening related to the passlock, ignition, etc, the solid security light doesnt seem to actually affect anything. it's just on, and annoying looking.

just like the time my cruise control indicator on the cluster decided to start flashing the entire time i was driving, made me think i forgot my turn signal on.

The security light is usually a precursor to pass lock issues. If you are having passlock problems, get those fixed and I bet the security light goes out.

i had my tune done by intense racing, i think 6 years ago. had the rear o2 sensor disabled, but dont think the security lights were an option when i did it..

i'll probably give the bypass a shot, when i get around to dismantling my interior again
