I know I have to hold the engine up with a hoist. I just want to know the easiest way to do it, my cradle is a little bent and it has cause the right front tire to wear down on its outside edge, plus I pull to the left when coasting down the highway.

Thanks for your suggestions !

How bad is it bent? Is it too far gone for a shop to be able to align it properly? I'd try an alignment first.

If it's really bent, I'd be afraid that it pulled the unibody out of whack as well, in which case an unbent subframe would not bolt up properly..

It is just out of being in spec. The unibody is fine, it was bent right in the middle of the cradle in the front.
