my plugs, and wires were replaced at 120k miles, my car is now at 125 k so I'm not worried about those, already have 180 t stat, cold air intake, accessory belt looks brand new, not a single crack in the belt, trans was replaced at 120k as well, i was thinking possibly fuel injectors? or should i go for a pcm tune? i know nothing about fuel injectors or when a good time to tune the pcm would be. since i plan on modding more in the engine. but i suppose i can retune it as much as i want

Don't worry about fuel injectors. Money spent on upgrading them is money wasted until you are into serious mods. I'd considering getting a PCM tune if you are confident you won't need the money for maintenance work in the near future.

As Iffy said, upgrading your fuel injectors would be pointless. Plus, you'd need a tune anyways.

Maybe an HV3?

I wouldnt do a hv3 without a tune, you will be disappointed at the results. hv3 really requires a tune to feel any effects from it. people in the grand prix forums have been installing hv3 as their only mod and have come back disappointed.
Make your own intake if you haven't already.
then go with exhaust upgrades like speedy daddy headers from ebay, or plog and downpipe from zzp(headers are cheaper)
then start adding air&fuel like hv3&rockers OR hv3&cam
if you dont plan i modding much i would go exhaust first then rockers, hv3 would be last choice as it only give you benefits AFTER 4200rpms and zzp's dyno tune is with rockers and downpipe. so who knows what it will give you as your only mod...
then tune to compliment your mods.

ya your best bet would be then hv3 or rockers, OR BOTH Twisted Evil

or cam if your really want but then tune is required...
whenever your done modding go for a tune you wont regret it.

If you plan to stay NA get the zzp ER Rockers

If you eventually are going to forced induction get the modded 1.9 rockers

I would also recommend L76 springs while you are there.

But rockers are a lot more than 150 bucks lol
