Ok, secondary to my overheating problem earlier, when I was going to do the seafoam treatment through the T fitting under the blower snout, the rubber T fitting crumbled around the base of it and now is going to be a source of a vacuum leak I'm sure. There's about 1/2 of the bottom of the T left that is over the nipple, so it seems sealed up, for now.

Problem is, I can't find one of these simple T fittings. Autozone had no clue, and didn't have anything for it. I didn't pull around on it, but I don't know if the hard vacuum lines coming out each end will just pull out or not for easy replacement. I called the dealer parts department, and they had something that he thought was the right part, but said it was $22 and it was the ENTIRE assembly. The T fitting, hard lines, and harness on the end of the hard lines. Is this my only option?

I was looking at plastic T fittings at Autozone in the HELP section. I considered getting one of these, and some 1/4 vacuum line to go on all three ends of the T fitting, but I'm not sure if plastic will be a good option for that spot near all that heat. Opinions?

You wouldn't happen to have a part number would you? I'd like to check gmpartsdirect but am having a hard time finding it through their catalog. I also need a new maf screen. I buggered the edge of mine up a little bit when I went to clean my throttle body.

Don't have a part number off the top of my head, even if I did, I'd suggest you confirm with with ZSpot anyway, since anything I had on file would have been for the L36, not L67. (could be a different part number)

So, I suggest you send a PM to ZSpot. Very Happy He'll get you the right number.

I don't believe the l36 has this t-fitting. I believe the one he is speaking of leads from the LIM and splits to the MAP sensor in the rear of the engine and something else in the front. The l36's MAP sensor snaps in to the UIM.

Looks like I'll be getting it from the dealer this weekend. I'm going there anyways to get some OEM coolant elbows to replace the Dorman ones I put in last weekend since every website on the face of the planet says the Dorman ones will break again and OEM is better.

For a temp fix, what do you think about getting the plastic vacuum T and using some 1/8 or 1/4 vac line to plug the hoses into, and to plug onto the nipple coming out of the intake?
