When it's raining or when It's super cold outside, I get squeaky belts, then after the car is warm I still get them when I'm resting at stop lights. Are they trying to tell me they're getting worn? It's been a while since I looked at them, but they seemed fine when I changed my elbows about 6k mi ago..? It's not like a super loud screech but enough for someone to look over..

Double check the belt for cracks ect, if there are then you know the problem. However, as said above you will need to check the tensioner pully and the idler pully. Chances are if you have 140k or so on the car and they have never been changed they are toast, but not always. With the belt off spin the pully if they are not smooth or if they make a zzzzzzz, game over, also if there is side to side play on the pully game over.
