Has anyone ever tried removing them...can you...w/o killing the visor?
I hope they're not like "mattress tags"...whereas,if you remove them, the mattress/visor police show up. Surprised

Sure,I could cover them with CD holders,or the like...but,no thanks.

Any ideas/comments always appreciated.

Thanx

If you're talking about the warning stickers. All the did was use a heat gun to heat them up then slowly peeled them off

Sounds feasible...might just have to try my "better-half's" blow dryer, and see what happens. If that doesn't do it,I'll grab a heat gun from work.

Thanx for the tip.. Idea

anyone else care to chime in? ...

that is,before I start a visor fire...not that I doubt you "americanmade92" Smile

Anytime buddy... now by default, you have to give me that sexy front bumper of yours  haha j/k

I have 3 different ls sports around here where I have dibs on the bumper if god forbit the car gets totaled, or if they just need some extra cash.

Well,I only have one front bumper, and I expect it to stay attached to the car as I am. I do have the complete tail cover assemblies in my trunk...but I don't think I want to part with them, either. So very tempted to sell them to try and offset the cost of the suspension upgrade via ZSpot...

I need more info on the SS Lip for the the front of mine...but,that's another thread, and a bit down on the list.

This stuff is fun for me,being that I entered seemingly so late in the game...even though I'm sure some of you laugh at me at times,it's all good.

Hell,by the time I catch up,my S**T may very well be forgotten. Embarassed

Thanx

FWIW, I used a hair dryer and blunt tweezers to carefully lift the sticker away from the fabric. I ended up with one little tear in the fabric, but it's a lot better than the stickers were.

Cutting the mattress tag off is completely legal if you own the mattress and its at home

if they have been there a long while, isn't the glue/adhesive able to leave a mark onto the fabric on the visor?

I took mine off my 2000 in 2010 so they had been there 10 years and it didn't leave a mark.. Just peeled them off no heat or anything.

Mine removed SUPER easy, there's a very faint fade in color that you can't even see unless you are specifically looking for it.

So is it recommended to do with or without heat?
