After installing my new suspension and getting an alignment, I've noticed my bar makes a noise when turning right at slow speeds or stopped. The worst is when I turn it first thing to get out of my parking in the morning. Don't know how to describe the sound but its like a loud rubber rub or something noise. Only started doing it a day after aligned, 2 days after new suspension. Sounds like its coming from passengers side as well. Any body got an idea? I'll post a vid if I can of the sound

Check the inner wheel well liners around the subframe.
Had an alignment and the front plastic liner next to the Subframe was out of position. When I made a left hand turn the tire would rub against makeing a noise like you described. It was a quick reposition ( not tools) and The noise was gone. Oh yeah, you could see where the tire was rubbing, so there was a visual clue to the problem.
i have this too! its not the tire rubbing its really loud and very noticeable, i get it occasionally maybe once a month, and its only when I'm pulling in to a parkin spot or backing out and when i turn the wheel its very scary sounding when it happens
