Well I had some to time to kill today so I tried to swap out the supercharger couple r and a new supercharger snout with a pressed on pulley. Well everything was going well up to the point I got to the bottom bolt on the snout. Thats when I got to spend 8 hours at the base auto hobby. Long story short I had to take off the supercharger.

How did that happen? Was the bolt fused in place?

I have no idea why, but I'm guessing that this is the first time they've been out. Fused, yep. It took all of 55ft. of torque to get it off... Would have been easier if the channel was bigger. The Sears stripped bolt tool/ socket set up would have worked and make life a lot easier/ would not have had to take off the S/C. But the socket set up was the same size as the channel.
