so since it started getting colder i when i start the car for the first time of the day and it is cold the car would jug and die unless i held the throttle for 2-3 seconds, then smoothend out...
so i spent the $140 got all new ac delco wires and plugs cause it was running on originals and car is @ 168 000 km roughly,so we got that done, threw the process my mechanic noticed one of the post on the coil pack(that what you call it??lol) was rusty so he sanded it down a lil.
so he got it all done(without tilting the engine mind you Very Happy ) and we started the imp and it purred.
so today comes around and its crappy out, go start the car and let it warm for 5 min, go to the bank which is 5 minutes away, do my deposits come back start the car(engine 90% warmed up) and all but 1 cylinder fired up(i think anyways), so i didnt hit the gas i just listened, it didnt stall but i could feel the misfire..so i tapped the gas and all was smooth.... so you think i should replace the coil pack with that rusty post or think it a bad tb sensor? doesnt happen eveytime but i hate lil quirks like this.

FWIW, a lot of times when this happens the Idle Air Control valve is sticking.
