so the other day while highway driving with just my low beam operating, my entire dash lights flashed once along with a fairly loud click. i thought nothing of it until 2 days ago when i found my passanger side highbeam was no longer working. i have 2 sets of housings both with working bulbs and neither of them work so i am confused as where to turn next, any help would be appreciated.

Blown fuses can sound like a click or pop when they go bad.

BB may shed more light on the subject, but headlights are usually on a circuit breaker device not a fuse. I have not looked on my Impala but my other GM car it was located under the hood.
