2001 Chevrolet Impala

So I got in my car the other night and when I turned it on the headlights automatically came on (nothing new there), but I had no interior dash or radio lights. I checked the dimmer switch and it was set all the way to the right (brightest setting).

The gear indicator and radio lights are "faded out". You can see them, but very faint. I will try to post a video later.

Any ideas what might be causing this?

Thanks,
CP

Check the dimmer in your headlight switch... sounds like it's shot

You'll probably need to replace your headlight switch

Is it a 9C1? You might've left your Surveillance Mode button on. I've scared myself a few times with that.

You aren't the only one that's done that, but I don't think that's his issue since he has a 3400 engine.

Mine did that once. I forgot what I did to screw it up, but turns out it was just a fuse. Check 'em? IIRC, it was near a relay and/or on the passenger side. I don't have my car near me so I can't check. Just check the fuse panel for the what's what.
