My brothers neighbor took the liberty of backing into my Trailblazer.

While it was in the shop I finally got rid of the f'n ugly scoop!

Before

After

And I HATE how dirty you get your s**t back.

Before

After

And the engine bay was pretty clean when I took her in!

Nothing else new, ran 13.7 @ 100 in it last week, going back tomorrow as the air should be great.

honestly, I almost like the scoop...if it were to be functional. NON functional scoops are always ghey, but its doesn't look to bad there.

Engine looks a lot better though lol. those are awesome trucks I still would love one

I'm glad you finally got rid of that nasty scoop, looks much better now. Did you clean the air filter after cleaning up the engine bay? I can't imagine how much crap the filter picked up at the body shop if the engine looked like that.

Nice lookin' truck. Looks to have cleaned up nicely. I located a set of those wheels (just the machined style) for my cousin's LS TB and what a world of difference it made in looks compared to the fugly boring stock wheels that were on it. I tried to talk 'em into taking them off for winter and getting some good winter tires on the stock wheels, but he liked the looks so much he didn't wanna go back to the stock wheels, even in winter.

I'm not a fan of 90% of aftermarket hood scoops myself, most look very cheesy, but that one didn't actually look horrible on there. Not something I'd go out of my way and spend money on to get/do, but also not something I'd rush to spend money to get rid of if I bought it that way either.
