ok i been thinking of this all day and i came up with 2 ideas well 6 but these 2 seem the best so far i drew them up in ms paint so its kinda crappy but it gets the point across

so this is what i came up with not sure if it will work but i would like some ideas

this way i can keep my fogs on also if i use the other method i will lose the fogs

let me know

fig 1 is a simple plug and play set up while fig 2 is hard wired

for got to mention this will be useing HID's 55 watt 8000k for lows and 35 watt 8000ks for highs

why wouldn't you just use the same bulb in both if they are going to be on together at the same time? 8k seems a lil too much for my taste..

#1is a bad idea because you will be drawing far too much current thru the factory low beam wiring (not to mention all 4 lights will be on all of the time which is not only illegal, but REALLY annoying to other drivers)

#2 won't work because the headlights are ground switched (and you may have issues w/ the BCM reporting highbeam out)

There's how to's on here on how too do it the right way. There's no reason why you can't just do it that way.
