So as anyone with subs know, the bass makes the rearview mirror "bow". Is the a solution that anyone has come up with? other then turning the music down.

Probably could drill and set a small pin, but you would lose adjustability by doing so.

the joint right behind the mirror on mine was broke so i used super glue and glued it solid. the mirror still tilts and all with the joint closest to the window. it seems a lot stiffer than the joint closest to the mirror

I drilled and tapped two small screws into both ball joints on the mirror. I set it where it needed to be and did so. I can back the screws out a bit, adjust the mirror and screw them back in and have it hold there as well. Before I did this my mirror went straight down as if it were looking at the cup holders. It was very annoying.

Take it off. Took mine off over 6 years ago. Never used it anyway. But if you do check with the local PD and make sure its legal. Most states, if not all, allow it as long as you have both side mirrors.
