No. And I'm pretty certain that the silver part won't work on the w-body. Did you even compared the radiator support mounts before asking this question? I don't even think the mounting holes are the same.

Yes I looked before I asked that why I was wondering, thanks for the concern. The holes look like they line-up, I didn't take them off yet to check but eyeing it up there not much out. But the ones for the w-body have the 2 on top and 1 on the front and you could only use 2 of the four off the montana. But if noones done it i'll pass on the guinea pig part.

There should also be two on the bottom side on the w-body. To remove them, you have to put the socket in the holes on the radiator support.

At some point during production, they changed mounts because my 2004 has the kind with the bolt on the front of the radiator support and my 2001 has the kind that takes 4 bolts.

I would believe that you are better off sticking with the w-body mounts. They're likely to be stronger and you know for certain that they fit. The montana mounts may change the physical location of the mount bushing which could negate the effects of the shorter dogbone.

I just got some brand new ones of autopartswarehouse.

For anyone curious here's a pic of the differences between the Montana and Impala.

You could cut and re-drill stock bones too, if that's more our flavor.

I'm not good at that kind of stuff. Sad I'll probably size it wrong. Laughing
