Hey guys, I know you guys know I got into an accident just over a month ago now...but we got all the new parts put on today, she's getting there. Need to straighten a couple more things out and then shes going to the paint booth! I can see the end of the tunnel! Here are some pics with the new bumper, Indy SS grille, fog lights, headlights and hood! ALMOST DONE!! Very Happy

Got the old bumper off, and new bumper on.....

Don't have the HID's hooked up yet....

NEW HOOD ON!, This is where we're running into problems. The hinges are bent and it goes down c**k-eyed, anyways. It'll be fixed soon!

So happy she's finally going to look good again! Smile i actually miss waxing once a week....lol!!

No, I'm not being sarcastic. All vehicles in my household get waxed once a week. The sun is killer, and I've seen cars that have never been waxed before and the pain is peeling off. I will NOT let that happen. I use a Porter Cable 7424XP with the wax pad attachment. I can apply wax to the entire car in 15 minutes. So once a week my car and moms car is in the garage, I put wax on mine, and then let it sit awhile I put wax on my moms car, then I wipe off mine and then I wipe off her car. Of course with clean microfibers. 40min max process per car. I hated waxing by hand, but once I got this for christmas; it made it so simple, and actually enjoyable?

I am very happy with the indy grille. I'm wondering what kind of emblem I should get for it though. I have to take an upclose pic but the chevy logo isnt completely solid, its got something weird in the middle. I was thinking of getting an emblem from the NAIOA shop but idk if those are just stickers?

I just put the chrome bar from my old grille on. Not sure what else is supposed to go there.

;/ My chrome bar looks like s**t. It's all pitted from the road salt they used up in new york and whatnot. It's 12 years old....nasty! This black bar in the middle is removable and I can put the chrome bar in. Is there a way to get a new chrome middle piece?

I don't think you can get the chrome bar separate. Both my Indys came with a chrome bar, but with a funky looking emblem space.

Same! Mine didn't come with it chrome, but the emblem space is weird as well. It has like a plastic rivet in the middle right?

Thanks! We got a quote from our local Haddock Auto Collision and they priced it at $600 to paint the bumper and hood, I'm not sure if that included them blending the paint into the fenders or not. We are looking around at other options to see what we can figure out. I've been meaning to post the pictures of the new headlight assemblies. Yup those are them and they're pretty damn nice! Put them on yesterday so I'm not sure if they have a moisture issue.

Good to see it's almost finished already!

The bumper and grill look like they may be sagging a little in the middle? From the picture it looks like there's a bigger gap between the hood and grill than there should be.

Also, the stock chrome bar of the grill has a dimple in that same spot as well, behind the bowtie insert, so idk if there's much of an option other than getting the stock bowtie insert, or hoping an insert from the NAIOA store would not show it.
