Did this free modification last night, took all of 20 minutes and that was being carefull so we woouldnt tear the mounts.
The result was noticeable Smile nothing dramatic but definitely harder to launch without the tires breaking loose, definitely more power going to the wheels instead of twisting the engine Very Happy .
I also wanted to make sure that there wasnt a extra vibration while waiting at the light(alot of people are worried about this) but honenstly i didnt feel any extra vibration at all!
so all in all i think this is worth the 20 minutes of time and effort.

I get no vibration out of mine. It also reduced the cradle popping too. Laughing

The engine cradle holds up the engine, or something too that extent. The bolts for it are notorious for coming a little loose on the W-bodies. When they do you get a loud pop from the frontend. Mine happened while backing up my driveway.

Is that the noise you get when switching from park to reverse, and park to drive and so on and so forth? If so, mine has been doing this for the longest time. :/ More audible then actually feeling it pop, but if I can tighten something to make it go away, that'd be cool.

I wonder if this is the sound I get while driving and hit bumps, not like speed bumps but imperfections in the road, and I get a popping sound, Thought it was strut mount but it seems find. I never could give a description of the sound but "Popping" is definitely what the sound is.

can you just take them off and flip them or do you need to support the engine some how? I'd really hate to loose a finger.

Take one out, flip, return, take the other out, flip, return. Done.

It's really easy, just hose one side with wd40 until it leaks out the other side and success.

EDIT: If you take both out the engine will sway back a bit and you get the fun of pulling it forward again and such.
