Well I finally sold my bike today. I've had it for 2 years and found out I did become somewhat attached to it... Have a lot of memories with it. I was the only kid in highschool that rode a bike to school Laughing Sorry to see it go but it went to a good home. And I'm happy I made money. It just sat in the garage for the most part of the past year so I decided to sell it and buy my girlfriend a car. Figured I'd post some pics. It's an '01 Kawasaki zx7-r.

And of course it started raining while I was taking my last pics

Happened to by Koa's 1 year birthday too, so got him in a picture with the bike

Ya my step dad was lol. I sold it for $3100. You can get a decent bike from the early 2000's for about $3000. But if your gonna get a bike, I'd reccomend something newer. At least an '05 or newer, which you can probably be able to find for $3500-$4000. Honda would be my choice, but that's mostly up to opinion. Actually, if I got another bike I'd want something more comfortable. I've always been a fan of the interceptors.

You sold you bike, to buy a car for your girlfriend?

Whipped and unmarried.... a sad situation Laughing

Nice Rotti Cool

As far as bike suggestions, basically all I hear from the riders I talk to is that everyone who wants a good all-rounder crotch rocket ultimately goes to the CBR models, even if they buy something else originally. The only variation on that is a friend who currently rides a Raider 650 and wants to get a little spendy, buying a Triumph Street-Triple.
