ok lets start with this. drl work fine but once low beams come on is where i have trouble the lows will come on but will power all headlight bulbs but barely light them. and same deal with high but the passengers side high is full brightness but the passenger low is still it real dim and so is the drivers side high and low. now i know dealing with my older chevy this would signal a bad ground. i think this might be the case but where would i start looking, is there a common problem with them?

DRLís work 100% only 2 light up like its supposed to. when the headlights (low/high) come on all four will light up 3 out of the 4 will be very dim only the passengers side is its true brightness on both high and low. no mater if its on high or low the drivers side is dim. even if i did upgrade with this electric feedback it will do the same. i know bad grounds will cause all sorts of problems as in turn signal light problems and feedback to cause other lights light up when you want another one to light up. but im kind of confused about the fact that only the headlights are effected with this problem on my car. kind of leads me to think something wrong with some sort of relay or something i mean if this was a older chevy 73-87 i would be all over this and find the problem but i dont know s**t about this newer s**t

Hey bro check the EXT Lights 10 amp fuse in the top fuse box next to the battery. If its not blown check the DRL/EXT LTS 15 amp fuse in the same fuse block.
